Here is the space to let go and let your thoughts flow freely onto page in a judgment free zone. Writing is therapeutic, and can help put our emotions into perspective, relax us through creativity and give us more perspective into our dysphoric brains. I'd encourage against deleting anything and instead use the strikethrough, for a truly honest and reflective exercise.
